It's definitely not a Mehari. Apart from anything else, a T prefix on the registration will place it at 1999, and the last Meharis were made in the early 80s.
I think EZGO must be the manufacturer, as the listing on the link above is taken from
www.vehiclelicense.gov.uk which allows you to search the government's vehicle registration database. The website doesn't list the model though, unfortunately!
It's not one, but it also bears a resemblance to a Steyr-Puch Haflinger, which is worth Googling if you like that sort of thing!
