Don,we got it bad with all the water.A lot (8/10) towns are cut off without roads in and out.
I'm far enough North that it wasn't that bad but the Southern part of the state and actually also the middle of the state are hurting bad.As you know Vermont is way inland with the state of New Hampshire protecting us or so I thought.The state already declared it a disaster and are looking to the Federal Government for help.Bridges just washed away.Roads gone.It will be a while for the infrastructure to be back in place.The Woodstock area and south down by Ludlow were hit hard.
