Hello all, I have just taken delivery of a TS 150 built in March 1981 by the compliance plate (hand engraved, I might add, as I don't believe that many made it here in the day). I shall post pictures when it's all together again. I have as my aid the second edition of the factory repair manual and that is about it at this stage although I am getting through topics on this forum etc. My only questions so far are 3. Who would you consider the best site to order spares from (none in Australia)? The second is how should I describe the bIke? Early? Late? Engine no. is 6687779, frame 8000753. The last query is a bit dodgy but this is my first foray into two strokes at all.... On the air intake hose into the carburettor there appears to be an extra hole about 10mm across that at present is not connected to anything. There is a cutout on the side panel for it so I assume it should be there. I cannot find any literature as to its purpose as yet, but it seems to me quite counterintuitive having a big hole between the airbox and the carb facing directly forwards. I may be just missing something fundamental but could somebody please advise? Feel free to laugh. It is safe to assume the bike isn't running too well as yet but it does go.
