MZ1000s loosing coolant?

Just had my MZ in for service... new plugs, chain and sprockets and found that the overflow bottle was completely empty.... shop checked the bike for issues that could be causing this, like head gasket, etc... passed all the tests according to the shop, so it's a bit of a mystery where the coolant is going. Overflow filled at shop along with radiator flush and new fluids.
Put about 150 miles on her and the coolant bottle went from the upper fill line to just a bit above the minimum fill line..... I'm hoping that maybe the system burped and it's fine.... and I'm currently waiting for it to stop raining around here to take her out and rip around.... and see if I loose more. There are no leaks at all, no puddles and the engine is dry and clean.... any suggestions, hints, fixes or ideas are welcome.....
The bike spends most of it's time floating around redline and screaming through the mountains here in the NE USA. It runs great, and it's running away from or right on the tire of much more modern equipment and pulls hard right to the rev limiter.... so mechanically it seems solid and it's preforming great.... just don't know where the coolant could be going.
Thank you for any feed back, guesses or things to check that you guys have!!
