Service Intervals and Specs

I've got an 03 baghira... does anyone have valve adj. intervals and specs? i'm also looking for any other service specifications for fork oil maint., wheel, steering head, swingarm, timing, etc... i would appreciate any info besides the basics

...any exploded diagrams and technical data/specs would be sweet... hell, while i'm at it i might as well ask; any service manuals for my bike floating around?

I've never found any MZ haynes or Clymer style manuals for the baggy. .
