My 05 660 will not go on reserve with out some force (putting air pressure by mouth on vent tube). I checked vent and even took gas cap off and still it will not run on reserve. I removed evap. system and fuel flows from line when petcock is on reserve. Once I put pressue in tank bike starts and runs fine. Carbs are stock except for 7 turns out on pilot screw(stops popping) Seems like float valve sticks when fuel is low. Any one got a fix?

what's about the fuel filter ?
I had the same problem, and after filter change it was good !
Please don't forget the small filter inside the carburator (I removed it)
