This is a bit of an older post, hopefully you've already snapped up the bike but, if not, and for the benefit of future readers....
This are great bikes! Those of us who have them generally love them. Their light, clean, fun, with a classic look, what's not to like?
With that said, there are a few things that you should know before you get it:
* They're orphan bikes. It will be hard to find somebody to work on your bike for you. They're reliable though, you won't need to do much, hopefully and this site is a great resource if you're comfortable spinning a wrench
* Parts can be tricky to get. Motor parts are around since the Rotax motor was used so long in so much (they can be a little spendy though) but the body parts are hard to find for sure
* They're not powerful bikes out of the box. They're light so you don't need a lot of power and you can hop up the Rotax motor a lot (also kinda spendy though) but they have enough power to be fun
If none of that bugs you go for it, I have two and would absolutely buy them again.

Hello there.
Well I never bought the 500 - it was on E Bay and the bidding went a bit too rich for me so I passed.
Something else came along though at the "right" price, a 350 Morini, always fancied one of these so I bought it, great fun so far.
