Every motorcyclist worth his salt should have at least least a lathe and a drillpress in their workshop, I always work on the theory that someone had to make that part in the first place, so why can't I? Has saved me many dollars over the last 40 years of motorcycling.

In case it slipped past your radar Dave, the 'Beer Fridge' thing was intended as humour. :-D Anyway, are you seriously going to tell me that, on those baking hot summer days you guys get over there, you've never held a spanner in one hand and a cold beer in the other?

No porkies now ................. :P :P

Beer fridge...

seriously, we always have a small fridge in the shop, if for nothing else, then to keep the Loctite in. Film, too, in a earler time.
Lots of things keep better in a fridge, not just beer.
And yes, in the tall fridge/freezer outside under the roof, there is room for a whole crate of beer, laided on its side. The "Have a coke" bottle opener, a rarity here in Germany, is screwed on the front of the door for immediate service.
