Anybody install the TrailTech on their Baggy, and if so, which model do we use?

yep fitted the vapor to mine, works a treat, only problem was the rev wiring, forget the wrapping the wire around ht lead, erratic readings, get the raptor resistor wire from trailtech and wire straight to coil instead, standard baggy loom and bulb holders fit straight in, just need an extra bulb for the temp warning though the unit can be programed to warn you before it gets mega hot.
think there are pics on post your ride board, page 2 i think and shows the extra led for temp.
doddle to fit as well :D

So, when ordering, do you just order as if for the Raptor 660?

I just ordered a trail tech on Fri. I called Trail Teach they where very help full. I was given a part no. to order, I think it was the universal. The biggest concern seemed to be the proper heat sensor. I suggest calling Trail Tech, if you haven't already. Oh ya, my bike is a Skorpion.

I don't think the Raptor Specific kit would work because ATV's use a different speed sensor mounting arrangment than the Motorcycle kits. I gambled and got a kit for a Honda CRF and it worked out. The water temp sensor worked just fine. The only problem I had is the RPM sensor did NOT come with with the resistor. I couldn't get the tach to be stable. I called Trail Tech and they sent me a RPM sensor with the resistor free of charge.

By the way, a couple of notes.
Speed Sensor: The magnet fit nicely in the brake disc on my original MZ disc (Street Moto 17" wheel). When I replaced the disc with a Yamaha R6 stock disc, the holes were too small to hold the magnet. I purchased some small neodynium magnets on e-bay the proper size for the hole and it worked fine.

Odometer: The Vapor *technically* does not allow you to adust the odometer. It will come set to zero. This, I believe is a legal requirement to for road legal vehicles. BUT, there is a factory code you can enter to allow you to change the odometer. I used this code to set my odometer to what my original MZ odometer read. So my Vapor odo reads actual mileage and not milage after I changed the speedo. There are websites online that explain how to do this. Do a search on google but if you can't find it, let me know and i'll hunt for it again.
