I don't have an electronic version, but I do own a 2003 Baggy, and have the original manual. It's not that big (the English portion). If you'd like, I can make copies of it and send to you--could also probably just as easily scan it and save to a file. Let me know...

Try the Slipstream Tuning site I saw some manuals to download there
