Ignitor box transistor part number

Hi,
if anyone has had the 660's igniton box open can you read the part number off the transistor - its the 3 legged thing about the size of a finder nail, planted face up on a heat sink.

D2350 is the original.
I am so mad, I didn't change it. But it does make spark.
