Finally. Cleaned the carb. The choke housing was broken and loose so im replacing that. after all that and cleaning the air filter... finally just removed the air filter and it runs pretty good. It was an old foam thing so I was gonna replace it with a paper one, just wondering if I should stick with the foam... Also wondering if theres a good place to order a choke housing from.

spoke too soon. It still does it. not as bad but GRRRRRRRRRRR

Check the snap on filter on the top of the needle valve.....
and also that the secondary carb doesn't come in too soon.
