My 2019 edition has 4-pot callipers. Also, the new Yamaha R6 model has the same setup with radially mounted callipers. According to the mototechindia specs sheet, the latest Yamaha R6 comes with a dual 320mm opposed piston calliper disc at the front and a single 220 mm disc at the rear. It gets 2-channel ABS but I am not sure if it comes with disable option for the rear wheels.

You may have already considered this but beware, calipers and master cylinders need to be matched or you might run out of lever travel or find the new combination very wooden or very sharp! It's not rocket science but needs a bit of thought.
