Skorpion Info? 1996 Sport questions

I am trying to get the part number or OEM number for the oil seal in the speedo drive (Left) side of the front wheel.
It's chewed up so I can't see any numbers on it.
Is there a source for a Skorpion parts list / manual anyone aware of? a pdf possibly?
Also, my headlight has an annoying rattle - the reflector & bulb assembly is somewhat loose in the adjusters.
Anyone had one apart ? Is this normal? please let me know if there's a fix.
Thanks,
Jim

Looking at the front wheel page of the parts book, there isn't a seal pictured, but a 'gasket ring' is listed under the speedo drive gear (part no: 9013171000). I asssume this is the part you're looking for.

You should be able to get this from Grahams Motorcycles.
The manual this is copied from is available from Mike at http://www.mzregalia.com/page4.htm for 10 UKP (c.US$20) plus postage.
The headlight fitted to the Sport is of notoriously poor quality, and usually vibrates apart. I've cut one open and epoxied the broken parts back together, but it was only a temporary fix. The best bet is to replace the headlight with one from a Yamaha TRX 850. This bolts straight in, uses one normal type H4 bulb, and is a lot more robust than the standard unit (sourced from a Yamaha FZR 400, I believe). I'm not sure if the TRX 850 was sold in the US; if not, look for a headlight on one of the European versions of Ebay, (but not the UK or Ireland, our headlights dip to the left).

I had what i thought was a rattle from the front of my Sport, and when i checked the headlight, the projectors seemed to be loose behind the glass, as there was lots of movement. Changed to a TRX headlight (I did not find not that much difference in light intensity) but the rattle was still there. Spent ages trying to trace it, checking everything including engine timing and carburation. No luck.

Turns out that the rattle was the rubber on the top of the swing arm was worn through, and the chain was occassionally hitting the bare metal of the swing arm (and yes, the chain was properly adjusted).

Thanks for sending the parts diagram.I'll have to see if i can order one.
Took the wheel off & checked, the seal is pressed in the left side of the wheel.
It sits outside of the wheel bearing. Most likely it is the "gasket ring " you identified.
It runs on a lip on the inner part of the speedo drive.

Regarding the rattle, the reflector/ bulb holder is definitely a very loose fit in the adjusters.
Rattle was audible while sitting stationary - loudest just above idle speed ....
grabbing the bulb mount area , i can get almost a mm of slop.
Rather than get into a big light surgery, i just put a ring of vacuum tubing around the bulb mount to damp it out on the outer housing - a kluge fix for sure, but my sin is hidden under the rubber boot!!
Thanks to all for the good advice and info.
