Thanks to Bill and Wonky so far.

Dropped the forks out of the Skorp, got new seals from Graham's Motorcyles, will order springs tomorrow and get them back in.

Bought and fited Dunlop Alpha 10 tyres to OE wheels to do a track day to test bike out.

Checked the recently fitted Eibach shock, and upped the preload.

Ordered a 102mm piston and gaskets.

The next plan is make replacement fuel and oil tanks, 7 litre fuel only and 2 litre oil to sit where current tank sits.

On the hunt for some lighter wider wheels, although still looking at Dymags.

Single pull quick action throttle lubed and re-fitted.
