shock top mount

Hi,

removed my rear linkage today for regreasing and inspection. Haven't bothered with getting new dog bones made as lack of interest.

What i want to know is what bushes are on the top mont of the shock. ?

how much to buy ?

and how long should they last ? I think mine are worn. After removing bottom shock bolt and wiggling about there seems to be a fair amount of play there, have not removed the top bolt today as wanted to get bike back together for glorious weather we are having....
