Hi,

not wishing to bore anyone, but i just uploaded some pics to flickr if anyone is interested.

Rear linkage all disassembled and newly regreased, and painted

Sat nav installation. running windows ce 4.3 inch widescreen, with bluetooth and fm transmitter (modified to get the extra functions to work) Nav software tom tom, Igo 8 (3d maps), Miomap, Memory Map, (ordnance survey edition) Digital Speedo, Video player, Games etc .etc....0-60 mph application. 8gb memory card. (yet to fit usb charger) coming next. Speedo blanked off as using sat nav and cycle speedo for mileages. (trail Tech vapor soon to be fitted)

Cycle speedo installation

Starter motor removed, and wrapped in marine grade stainless steel and polished.

New breather filter fitted

rear brake caliper modified ( anyoyne guess) nice and shiny

shorty chainguard (might have seen this before.

Wow! Cracking pics... makes mine look awful :shock:
Off to collect my barrel for rebore this weekend - and bringing home some bits for polishing while I'm waiting for the engine rebuild. You've given me the incentive to put some real elbow grease into it. :-D

I am very inpressed with the way your Baggy looks bet it takes you forever to get the exhaust that clean !!!!! :? tell me what do you use ?

once you got it polished, its real easy, just a wipe over with autosol or peek and seems to keep it looking nice. The hardest part i find is keeping the wheels clean and polished. Especially in the winter you can't afford to get salt onto yer rims had my front wheel respoked last year as corrosion set into the spokes...

Still got a shed load of work to do to my bike to get it upto scratch....

Might consider giving mine a go to see how they turn out ..... rims I just whip over them with good old Autosol and they seem to come up great ... spokes all look in great nik as well. I also like the new breather thing you have fitted where did you get that from ?
