looking for billet rear brake and gear set any suggestions

Billet refers to a cast semi finished product. this can be machined into any shape. particularly nice if cnc machined.

I know what billet means and it is not necessarily cast. Usually not in fact. Could also be from extruded solid. Billet parts are usually machined from forgings. Casting can be done so accurately that almost no machining is necessary. A completely different question is that of material grain and stress zones. That is where forgings are generally considered superior.

The question referred billet parts for the rear wheel but what parts?
Chainwheel? Pratically all good chainwheels are (CNC)machined but calling then billet would be gilting the lily.
And a billet rear brake caliper? On a Skorpion or indeed any street bike? That would be definitely gilting the lily, wasting more than enuf money for nothing.
The question was vague to say the least.

I bent my rear brake lever and would like to replace it with a nicer better one ... ie billet while I'm at it I would like to replace the rear lever too

Hmmmm. I've always found Bill to be full of correct answers. In fact the bloke's a mine of useful information that he shares with people all over the place. He's certainly helped me out on more than one occasion - and I'm supposed to be a qualified engineer......

You seem to be talking about brakes levers. There are none that fit into the Grimeca hand pump without machining.
Not billet, cast, but more than good enuf: the foot brake lever from a Yamaha TZR/SZR fits onto footpeg.

This is such a Yamaha lever on an original MuZ Skorpion Replica peg fixed to a standard Skorpion Tour bracket.
Probably most any Yamaha lever will if the bolt hole for the plunger is at the right place. In fact probably most any brake lever, regardless of marque, will fit the peg. The only question is where the bolt hole is.

Which levers fit with machining?
