Hi.Anyone have any recommendations for "supermoto type" tyres for my Mastiff? Distanzia "pops up" as does Continental.Have been put off Pirelli MT60.Anyone any suggestions please?

The Distanzias work quite well, have burned through many sets. The 120/70, 150/60, and 160/60 come in the SM compound. I couldn't wait to take off those Pirelli MT60 things when I got my bike (had about 2K Km on it). Scariest crappiest feeling tires ever, thing wouldn't go straight down the highway, just wandered all over the road. I actually just prefer to put normal sport tires on it. The front Distanzia will end up badly cupped as you'll wear down the sides quicker than the center and those big blocks really wear unevenly. They grip great, but at 6 or 7K km, you'll be well tired of the feeling it gives and want to get rid of it. Rears barely lasted me 4K km, but then I live in the mtns.. But for the occasional gravel road they do work a lot better than yer average street tire.

hi,
you wont be disapointed with the contiforce SM, i've had them on for a few 100miles so can't comment on longevity but they give good confidence leaning the bike over and even tho' they have quite a round profile compared to some tyres i've tried you can find the edges quite easilly :-D
two wheels good, four wheels bad. . . .
