Baghira Choke

First post so please show mercy:

I have a 2003 660 Baghira and the needle for the choke stuck. I tried to remove it to clean it and it broke. Is this the same set up as a Yamaha Raptor? Where can I purchase components for this carburator?

Can the distance from 1st gear to 2nd gear be adjusted? I seem to have a hard time getting to second.

buy a xt600e 1990-95 choke assembly, you have the choke directly on the carb, you don't need the cables to the handlebar anymore, that's what i did, works perfect, is a direct replacement, don't know about your gear issue, michael
