Newbie with a sick Baggie, help!!!

Hi,

I've just bought a baggie and it's got a problem. The bike starts, but has a very nasty metalic rattling sound and there is no first gear? I've bought it as a project as the guy was going to break her, which would have been a tragedy! If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful. The bike is 2003 baghira with 30 odd thousand Kilos.

Simple enough, you have to take her apart and see whats gone wrong and replace the faulty bits...

Yamaha XTZ 660 or SZR 660 bits will fit.
