Skorpion Flywheel and temp sensor questions

Postby droy » Sun Oct 18, 2009 8:51 pm

Pre planning some winter projects for my Skorpions and looking for some bits of information.

First involes the thread size and pitch of the larger radiator temp sensors. I'm all set with the smaller one but the bigger one is bigger than my die set (my normal way of figuring this stuff out).

Second involves the flywheel. I did a search but could not get a clear answer if the xtz/mz/szr engine uses the same starter clutch and flywheel as the early 01-03 Raptors? I hope to do a "Bill special" flywheel lightening program without shipping back and forth to German.

Thanks in advance.

I can't answer that either.I do know hat that the Raptor crank and XTZ crank are not the same and that the flywheels are not interchangable.
