Posted: Wed Oct 21, 2009 2:33 amYes.Give it a good spray with penetrating oil/WD40 where the cable enters the carb.Leave for a day,and you will be able to unscrew the choke plunger assembly from the carb.You`ll probably find the cable rusted as well.
