Mastiff Fork seals

My 2002 Mastiff needs the fork seals re newing but i've never done fork seals before. Can you tell me if it's a hard job to do yourself or should i take it to a dealer to get it done properly and how much should i expect to pay them? Where can i get the seals from if i want to do it myself?

grahams in taunton for the seals,and simple enough job to do as well, rebuilt my spare forks the other week,though they were the adjustable version and i think the mastiff ones are a bit easier to separate though still no drain plug on those either.
there is a service sheet that some one down loaded for me,may have come from this site.cheers and good luck
