Oil on rear shock reservoir?

Hi all,

Some oil on rear wp shock reservoir, leaking or it may came from chain, What do you think? And rear wp shocks are fully re-buildable?

clean it off first..then see if you can see any leaks after riding....
I think they are rebuildable..

The bike is in a distant place and i may buy, not owner at the moment.
