Jet Kit

I found a Jet for a xtz660 I was wondering if the carbs are the same as the tour. I have completed my custom carbon fiber exhaust and would need a jet kit for obvious reasons.

Should be...what year? Like to see that exhaust....
As long as the XTZ uses the Teikei carbs, should be ok...
You have a Tour? They used the Teikei carbs....

Think I'd go to tunebike.de or Bikeworx for suggestions or kit for the Tour.
Even though the exhaust is changed,it may not need to be kitted.....

I'd have to agree, talk to the folks at Bikeworx as they know the best options.

I just bought a kit from Tunebike for my Skorpion; about 80 USD shipped to the US. Easy to set up and worth every penny.

I got the dynojet kit and wasn't satisfied with the results, ($80.00+ usd, then add installation time.)

Got another carb set and sent to Galen at Bikeworx.

If your thinking of the dynojet, I can tell you that Dale Walker at Holeshot won't "touch it" asked him... and he lives in my area.

If Sam's happy I'd listen, I'd also think that it's a "stop gap" until a system like what Bill J recommends can be afforded.

Galen at Bikeworx has knowledge, helping with choices and maybe provide a system.

I got the carbkit. It was 49 EUR, which is about 65 usd, plus shipping. I don't think it took more than a week to get here.

Piece of cake. Unless you need to make significant jetting changes you can install it w/o removing the carbs!
