Carb Breather hoses

Postby Stuart109 » Sun Dec 18, 2011 4:57 pm

Hi
I am just putting my Baggy back together but can’t figure out the carb breather hoses.
There are two with a T piece in the middle.
One end goes out the bottom by the swinging arm with a pile of other hoses.
They connect at the carb to a vent between the carbs and a similar one on the right of the carb when viewed from the front, I marked these two.
But where does the third opening connect? Seemed so obvious when it took it apart, but now cannot find anything to connect to.
Can anyone help?
Stuart

Stuart,

This picture is of the hose fittings number 7 and number 9 on my Baghira's carb. Both extend down to the "Tee" (behind the starter) and then continue as hose line number 21.

Stuart,

This picture shows where hose line number 21 connects to. And as Al noted, look at the diagrams I posted earlier in the 660 forum tread that concerned vacuum lines.

Hope this helps...
