Thanks, pleased to sort that problem out.....just the rest of the loom to tidy up now. Having said that, there is apparently at least one other somewhere in the loom, no idea where at this stage though. If everything works ok when I'm done I'll leave well alone

these diodes and the attack of the green crud has been a problem on all 3 of my mz bikes
and a 1971 BMW R75/5 i had also suffered from the corrosion as well
the quality of the copper wire and spade lugs IS NOT GOOD
but i live in an area where the weather is very wet a lot
