TRX headers/porting recommendations

Hi all,
My 660 has turned into a bit of a project on me recently. Last time i had it on the road i did a mild job of improving it with a different front end/brakes/wheels bars. Was nice to change something and make the bike better (can you imagine changing anything on a vfr400? would only make it worse!)
Unfortunatly the sproket carrier spun on its bearing and took a lump out of the swingarm. This forced me off the road as you can imagine and the bike sat due to difficulties sourcing a replacement and the availability of a 2nd bike.
I ended up selling most of the original mz parts and am left with the frame/running gear and the swingarm. Whether or not i'l use the original mz frame depends on finding the right fzr600 swingarm, or if a cheap cagiva mito comes up for sale maybe ...anyway!
I have my engine apart and as its a project im looking to do most of the tuning work myself-i know some will say send it off to an expert but i'l never learn anything that way and its a hobby!
I have used the search function and haven't found exactly what im looking for so i hope this isn't another question that has been answered before.
Does anyone know the mz660 that used the trx850 headers? All i can remember about it was it was a VERY neat looking race bike.
I know its out there somewhere but i cannot find the picture of it now!
The trx headers are 38.1m in size and need to be modified to fit into the head, someone who's been there before would be a great help.
And the porting work.
Can anyone recommend any specifics when porting this head? The only pictures i have found are only of raptor heads when i do a general search.
What i do know for certain is i intend to bring the engine out to 102mm and use the 38mm headers.
A hotter cam etc will be employed also as i get through the engine.
is it impossible for anyone to recommend doing anything unless i know my specific set-up or are there a few rules of thumb for THIS head?
Many thanks
Jeff
