I need to replace the needle bearings in the linkage on my Baghira and figure surely there has to be others that will work other than OEM

I have searched for any info, but all the MZ fiche does is list the OEM part number

Anyone know the dimensions of the linkage bearings?

What ones for other bikes will fit, I feel sure they are similar or the same as many others, just don't know which?

Thanks

your just going to have to take them out and measure them with a caliper,,or just take them along to a bearing supply shop,,they will either have direct replacements or tell you the correct size to hunt down,, i very much doubt the bearing were made special,,far too costly to the manufacturer,,i bet these are available off the shelf,I use" leicester bearings" on freemans common estate, get in touch with them once you have the sizes.pretty good shop

that was my plan, I already took them out, just was hoping someone had replaced them at some point and knew direct replacement parts that fit another bike or the sizes

yeah I'm sure they are the same size as 50 other bikes, maybe even more, just a matter of knowing which ones

not like the linkages bolts and bearings vary that greatly in size between bikes

I have them in had so will just go to local bearing shop and see what they can do

Once I learn the dimensions I will post for others for future ref

I tried using the search option to find linkage bearings info, but couldn't find any direct links or info.

Whoever it was a year ago feel free to reply :-)
