MZ/MuZ Riders

Hi all,
Need some help here.

I had managed to broke the bottom out bushing on the shock valve.
Not by riding over limit, only ride on the street and fire road.. but being overweight , the bumper died within a month..

I weight 95 kgs, thus what spring rate should I use. any recommendation,
especially from Malaysian is much appreciated (as availability of the item is rather useful).

what i do normally is sending the shock to one of the famous machine shop here and ask them to revalve the thing, after that u may ask them to fill in cetain type of oil for better or higher damping force.

and all the works cost less than RM200. the whole absorber just like new.
