Just wanted to find out what carb I should get to replace the current carb on my ETZ 251 sportster

OK, first why do you want to replace the original carb? You can fit a Mikuni, but it will cost you a big % of what the bike is worth. Has yours got a Bing, or a BVF?
ES250 Doppelport, ES250, ES250/1, ES250/2,ETS 250, ES150, ETS150, BK350, IWL Pitty, SR56 Wiesel, SR59 Berlin, Troll............ and thats just the German two strokes!

30 mm Mikuni but only if its not worn out.........................

Sorry for the delayed response guys, bike has a Bing Carburettor but floats etc knackered. ( worn out)

Found this carb before I posted this and unfortunately bought it, the carb does not fit onto the manifold, any suggestions?

Bike is a WX51 reg, so 2000?

Change your bing-style manifold for the earlier BVF flavoured one. Two bolts. The air filter connection is the same, so no changes needed there.
