Thanks a lot!
I will have to machine a piece M6 threaded and with an end to hold the spring, and send it for zinc plating.
More news soon!

I had to make this tool to fasten the exhaust nut since my adjustable C wrench wasn't being effective :

Works like a charm, contours the frame and since it was made from strong steel, doesn't even bend :D

Hello folks i have a few questions, has anyone changed a dynamo regulator to an electronic one?
What may cause the wire resistor to burn out literally?
Has anyone rewired one of these? Doesn't seem to be complicated...
Also, does the dynamo need a lamp to work? This bike doesn't have one, not even the neutral that some models have inside the speedometer...
I really need to learn more about this.

..Nobody?
I am really tired of this bike. Old mechanical regulator didnt shut off the charge lamp. New electronic regulator does not charge the batt.

And the headache continues..
I ordered the powerdynamo 6 volts 75 watts about a year ago, installed it. But the spark at the plug is very weak, grounds are good, the plug is new, tried 2 different ones, another cap and also another wire, always get a weak spark wich causes the bike to have a hard start and sometimes foul the plugs, doesnt burn right. I have a "tool" and the spark does not jump across a 4mm gap.
Are these stators junk too?? Its like the stator coils cannot produce enough power to the high voltage coil.
F************** i am tired of this.

Please any input will be greatly appreciated.

I emailed the company who sold this, still waiting for their answer
