Just bought one for my 250etz for around £20 from Kult mopeds. Now I need another for a 125etz which has the 16”rear wheel therefore shorter but it’s more than twice the price at £45. Am I missing something??

I'm not sure whether my sidestands are both for 16" wheels? Obviously one of my bikes is an Etz 250 so has 18". But they intermix fine for me.
They are original items, maybe I could measure? I wonder if you might fine it cheaper to buy the longer but cut some length off and get someone to weld the foot back on? It shouldn't be that much?

That’s my idea so long as it fits to the brake hub and shaft diameter. Will you cast your eye over yours? Eric

Be aware that different sidestands can differ in spacer width, about 3-4mm. I don't know if this is a problem for the ETZ 125.
