I have just purchased an mz ETZ250 and have gone to insure it and the company wanted to know if it was an MZ ETZ 250 Luxus or MZ ETZ 250 XR Log book does not even state model of MZ . Can any one tell me how I would tell the difference between these two. Thanks

Tell them it's a Luxus. Maybe the XR is a motorcross version.

Yes I would think it is a Luxus as the XR is very a rare Wilf Green special.
Also 1990 is very late for a ETZ250, if it has 18'' wheels then it is, if it has a 16'' rear wheel its a ETZ251

Thanks for reply. It has 18" wheels so I am going for Luxus. A lot of interesting stuff on here.
