Hi All.
I have a good 150 barrel and piston but no head. Will the 125 head do the job or does it have to be a specific 150 head. I see on the MZ-B site that the two heads have different part numbers.
Cheers

You will need the 150 head, as in general the squish clearence will be different. I have found a circular mark on a piston as it has been hitting the cylinder head on simular conversions in the past.

you can also have this problem if the stroke of the piston is not the same
and do you gain enough performance to offset the extra fuel cost 2 strokes are fuel hungry if you run them hard
with my 4cycle 2002 rt125 i find that any thing i try just makes it eat more GAS and go slower
remember my rule
50cc = moped
51cc to 246cc = bigger moped
247cc to 345cc = large moped
350cc to 450cc = under powered motorcycle
490 and up = motorcycle
