any one reading this that has one list it so we can get a head count
on how many users we have for the rotax motored MZ's
or if you have some other brand with the rotax 4cycle
ie ktm atk can am matchless even a HD MT 350 anyone

Yeah, I just won't be pulling it in all the way Otherwise, she runs really sweet and is as nimble as can be.

I HAVE MINE ADJUSTED SO THAT I PULL IT ON AND CRANK
THE MOTOR AND IT KICK IT'S SELF OFF BY THE CAM TURNING
WORKS GREAT NOW

i have been doing some long 200 mile day trips on the saxon tour
and my butt seems to be likeing the bike better
they are quick trips so the rt125 takes too long to get there and back
the saxon runs 75mph speed limit with ease
but still love that little wheezer

I have a '95 Silver-Star Classic 500. Love it, but I have to sell her. I need to fix wifes' car (I really really really don't want to sell it though ).
I listed her ( bike not wife (GOD HOW I WISH )) on e-bay under MuZ.

they are rare and sell faster than the yamaha powered bikes
also parts for engine can be ordered from http://www.rotax.net
and hop up part from same place it can be made to go very fast

Please keep us posted on your auction. I'd be interested in knowing what you end up getting. It's a pretty bike, but who knows what the market is this week. Some lucky dog got a sport cup scorpion in AUstin on craigslist last fall for $2150! Theres another scorp in Austin now for $2995. I hope you are able to get a buyer in that range.

Until today I didn't know about these 500cc MZs. I had been thinking of maybe a Buell Blast, but these are way cooler. I am watching that auction, don't know if I'll bid. Really far to ship. My RT 125 is probably enough for me for now.

We have a Bainbridge here in Washington, Land of Stolen Place Names, so for a split second I thought this was a local listing.

We also have a Des Moines, a Redondo Beach (been there on RT), an Arlington, an Auburn....but nobody else has a Puyallup

the 500cc bikes are nice paul

but you will find that the rt125 is a more civil ride
the saxon tour i have is an ass beater on a trip
but it will do 70 75 mph all day but beat you up doing it

the rt125 only runs up to 65 good but i dont stop to rub my ass
as much so make better time on it

Mine started off as a Silver Star, but the good folks at Perry's decided on the chrome/black scheme. It really rides pretty well; I commute about 25 miles each way quite often and take some 120 to 200 mile rides just for fun. It's really not bad at all for ride comfort. It has been a helluva fun bike to ride - quick and nimble - definitely will cruise at 75-80 barring strong headwinds and hills.

Well..... they hit my reserve today @ $1,700. So I guess I will have to let go soon. Sunday is the last day for the auction, around 5-6PM (????) EST. Would have been nice to get up to that $2,500, but I just hope it gets a good home.

Paul, there was that one shipper from BWI, MD to Seatle,WA was around $550 using there crate, you just supply the tie-downs and door locks if your still interested.

The only thing I have to worry about now is to whom gets the bike, and how to take care of the title work since it seems to be leaving PA. Anybody have a clue how you go about doing something like this, selling out of state?
