Hi, as a newbi to the MZ family and new to 2 strokes as well I'm finding my way through different stuff all the time. when I got this bike the dynamo/timing cover was (and still is) missing making me think this area was a problem for the last owner (unknown). After rotating the stator through 180 degrees and replacing the dynamo brushes and the points I started to set the timing only to discover that the points are breaking twice between TDC and TDC making me think that the breaker cam is for a twin cylinder bike! (I don't know if MZ even made twins) Can anyone confirm for me that indeed TS150's have breakers that break twice in one cycle? Cheers, I am enjoying this trip into the magic of MZs.

2 cycle fires every time piston comes to top dead center just before tdc
it is a bit hard to learn about the 2 strokes as i have only seen 1 or 2 mz 2 smokers
all mine are 4 cycle
