rule 1 good helmet
rule 2 best bike to start on is a beat up old trials bike ..i can even wheelie one of those
rule 3 do not use your MZ it is to hard to find replacement parts for them
rule 4 if this is what floats your boat a good riding jacket is your LIFE VEST

ps a cheat trick is a brake lever on the clutch side just a short stubbie
that works on the rear wheel when you cant get your foot on rear to bring it down
