same BS i get here on a homebuilt bike i have had in my collection since 1964
with all the original paperwork and every plate and regerstion card ever issued to it
file a complaint on the guy ..
the very first thing he should have done was to read the paper work
and see that all vin numbers matched
he saw it was a hand built bike and wanted to wash his hands of the deal
