Touring central america and need the following parts

Hi guys I need the following for my 05 Bagjira since I am planning to tour central america:

1. What brand and where in the US can I buy Break pads for both front and back.
2. Oil filters
3. Both the break and cluth levers
4. Aftermarket footpegs for rider
5. Fender eliminator kit.

Anything else for wear and tear I should take besides this and tires?
