thermal fan switch

I looking to replace my thermal fan switch in my 660 skorpion traveller was wondering if anyone knew what would work for my application or the dimensions thread size and temperature setting used

unscrew yours. The temperature is stamped on one of the hex facets. take that to your local car parts jobber and get one like it. It is a standard car part.
The last one I got from my friendly MZ dealer said Opel Omega on the box.

Thank you for the advise but I have already tried this and have not found a match.I live in the states and they have not sold opels since the seventies

that was just an example. The switch is used in lots of cars. threads are standardized and usually M10x1mm.

does baghira have one or two fans because i remember someone saying a while ago that it has two....mine only has one !!! could i fit an aditional fan to mine ?

is therer any point ?

My Mastiff only has one. I wouldn't worry about fitting two mate, unless maybe you have a highly tuned motor that might run a bit hotter?

my rt 125 fan has ran 2 times in 5 years both 95 plus f stalled in traffic
i plug the fan into a battery and run it about 3 times a year to keep the grease hot
and make sure it will still run when needed
