BSM Vampire?

Postby crazy1 » Tue Sep 01, 2009 5:24 pm

howdy all, I just yesterday pick up a 2000 baghira so far ive only put about 300 miles on, but what a fun machine!!
it came with a BSM vampire pipe on it, but its wide open, and just louder than all hell.
anybody know where I can find a db killer, or some kind of silencer for it?
I dont want to make it whisper quiet or anything just tone it down a bit.
any help would be greatly apreciated.
thanks. Chris.

I had the same problem and couldn't get anyone to sell me a DBKiller...so I got a piece of pipe and cut it to about 5 inches long, drill a small hole and pushed thjat in the outlet. I then put a small bolt and nut through the holes to keep it put. Everyone has said it's changed the tone of the sound and made it slightly less loud as hell...I don't know cos I couldn't hear it anyway...I'm deaf :D
