I asked the same question about 2 years back and never got an answer so I'm still riding with a warped disk. I did try a disk off a R1 and all the bolts matched fine, however it was roughly 3/8 to big round and wouldn't fit into the caliper.

ebc do one for about £90.00 just wonderd if another bike had the same,i have the sm disc as well but that would mean caliper bracket would have to be changed over when i swap wheels, plan is to have enduro discs on both my sets of wheels, saves wear on the allen bolts, especialy the rear which are quite small, will add this to long list of other things to get sorted

If the R1 disc fits but is too big by 3/8". Why couldn't you just chuck it up in a three jaw and turn the disc down 3/16"?

i tried to turn a rt125 disk
it was so hard the cutter that does car disks just chattered and made a big mess
so i dropped a big wad of cash and replaced it
