OK not to be a prick but instead of telling me : copy and paste the LINK, this way here when you say carbs, i dont know if you are looking at MUZ,SZR,XTZ, mikuni t-41 etc..Please copy and paste link

#2) price range is all dependent on ,new, used, brandetc..

grahams UK wants $600 for a OEM header, that is insane,i am willing to pay $150-$200 for exhaust, $75-$100 for carbs used -$200 new/newer--$50 for carbs needing to be rebuilt.

i have a paypal account and cash in hand, if anyone can find the combination i am ready to buy them NOW!!!!!!!!

just email me at my work

Your profile shows what I'd identify as Corbin which is in Ca. USA?
If I'm wrong, ok where are you located?
I may be able to help with carbs, not sure...
The stock carbs are the same for all MZs, Baghira or Skorpion, though I'd suggest what Bill J. uses before I'd settle on stock carbs.
Galen at bikeworx on the East coast has treated me very well and I'd highly recommend that you talk to him.
Galen is VERY knowledgeable and a class act.

Robert

You really need to learn some manners. This is forum and the members are not some vending machine of information, for your convenience which is malfunctioning. Do you speak to everyone you meet like this or are you just bigging it because it is on the internet? In short pull your horns in.

dont think SZR headers will fit correctly, and for the price they want they are rediculous...better to go to a custom fabricator.....
You could go to edelbrock for a raptor carb setup...but they are more than carbs and shipping from uk ebay..for the carbs listed on the
uk ebay site it amounts to about $150.
You could get Jemco pipes for $500 2 into 2..complete system.
Like was said, this forum is absolutely loaded with info, but it is not a "vending machine"
Good ludk with your project...

For the Corbin question are factory is in Hollister CA, and our warehouse is in Ormond beach FLorida, did you think i was making up the fact i worked for Corbin?
LOL

also when i procured the MZ over a year ago i called Galen and my tuner as well and he seemed like he would be helpful offering CAM blanks and advice but nevver returned a 2nd call, i have cash in hand and i wanted the parts ASAP, i would have bought everything from bikeworx but it is all principle, you dont respond in a reasonable time 6 weeks, then i will take my business elsewhere, my money is GREEN like everyone elses.

I found the carbs on ebay and i am just waiting for someone to give me a link for the exhaust, also can i use the 1995 szr yamaha shop manual as a general guide? I used it to adjust the valves already.

Jemco pipes----website url please...thank you $500 i can do that for customs

I found this one when I was researching info on the MZ Skorpions.
MZ Service Manual
The scans aren't the best, but they'll do if you can already get around an engine.

And, "Yes", the SZR manual can be used for a lot of the engine specs.

In the US a company named Jemco Exhaust made a Dual exhaust for the 660 Skorpion. Phone 713-461-3843. Construction was of Mild steel pipe with can type silencer. Although this isn't my bike this should be what they looked like.

Hi Bill :-)
I sent an email to the gmail account and I have been getting many emails lately about building exhausts. I will see about building more this winter.
