Location of Skorpion neutral switch and wire

Does anyone know where the neutral switch and the wire connected to it is located? I have had a look in the xtz manuals I have as pdf files and the photo's are not very clear. There is (according to the manual) a wire near to the starter motor gears. I need to test the switch first for continuity before I replace the bulb.
Also does anyone have an easy way of changing the dash bulbs and any info on what type they are? Thanks.

on the left side under the cog, above the oil feed and drain plug. it has a hex in the center of which is a Phillips head screw which fastens the blue wire with a slotted eye.
