Baggy Battery

Postby angustoyou » Mon Sep 13, 2010 2:59 pm

Ok, so I got the new Baggy home, and took the battery out to check the levels. After topping it up, I went to refit it, and couldn't see how it came out. It would only fit back in place, with out re-routing the cables, if the positive terminal on the battery matches the black lead.

Is this for real, do MZ use red for negative, black for positive? I've never seen this before, is this std, or has someone done something to it before me?

I'm very confused, as when I put the positive to red, as it should be, it popped the main fuse. The wiring diagram seems to agree that the colours are backwards.

What's yours like?
