Reduction kit in Baghi - where is it?

Hi.
I need to find out where is the "mystic" restriction kit in Baghira Black Panther.
My bike was in moto service and they didn't find anything. They checked the carburetor and manifolds.

I have a problem with speed. I have standard factory sprocket's and wheel's.
My bike goes only 120-130km/h.
I read in manual book that some Baghira's have reduction kit. Where it is Where should I look for this thing
According to manual max output at rpm:
37kW/6500 rpm
25kW/5750 rpm with reduction kit.
According to manual max speed:
approx. 160km/h or 140km/h with 25kW.

So my bike goes 130km/h so I think that I have 25kW/5750 rpm with reduction kit = 140km/h with 25kW.
Please help me to find that reduction kit.

on a german website i found this picture, to remove the reduction you have to take the carburetor out, remove the right rubber connection between carburetor and head, between the rubber and the cylinder is the restriction. should be a thin metal plate that restricts the airflow into the cylinder. i hope i did not confuse you!, michael
