Baghira 660 Regulator / Rectifier Part # Needed

Hi,

Has anyone had to replace the regulator - rectifier on a 2003 Baghira SM? With MZ gone from the USA, it's hard to find parts (obviously). My mechanic had no luck with SF Moto -- they've had parts I needed in the past, but no luck this time.

I'd like to find a crosswalk to a part for a USA model motorcycle. Apparently the Raptor 660cc engine has a different Reg - Rec even though many have said the engine is almost the same. I could not find this part in any of the parts crosswalk postings in this MZ Riders portal.

A little sluething on some Euro websites with MZ parts shows a crosswalk to the 1996 Yamaha Royal Star 1300, but I'm not confident in this since there were other Yamaha bikes listed that were sold in the USA and, when I checked, had different part numbers for the Reg - Rec from the Royal Star.

electro sport = esr260 for KLR 650
a lookup in europe says rr26 for muz rr26 also fits KLR 650
best to talk to there help line
the one for my rt125 crosses to a Kawasaki also
