You can order the TM34-B70 for the Raptor which is a plug a play fit and it is also 100$ more expensive.
Doesn't cost me 100$ to modify for myself and besides, when I started this, the Raptor kit was not yet available.

you need the larger right side hose for the left side as well and of course you have to enlarge the hole in the airbox.
Otherwise no changes at all. The carb fits right into the rubber mounts as it is if bought from Topham since he presses a sleeve on the right carb spigot to fit the mount.
talking about the standard TM34-B65 or 70 (are both the same thing) which is confectioned for this engine. If you order from Topham, you have to say which engine. The same carb for a TT or SRX with not have the sleeve since both mounts are the same.

Update : These are not sold in the USA, looks like a Topham exclusive.

right, Steve makes this modification. Very small volume, so expensive.

So, we need the B70, not the B65? (Unless we are able to make the adaptor sleeve ourselves.)

I just got the reply from Topham....
TM34-B65- MUZ Baghira Scorpion is 539,12 EUR (less 19% VAT) = 436.59 Euro +35 EUR for shipping.
The Kedo "naked" TM34-B65 costs 419 EUR ( less 19% VAT) = 339.39 Euro
You can buy a carb sleeve to change the diameter of the outlet......and save 100 Euro

Anybody want to do a "group buy " from KEDO....?

your are not saving anything on account of the sleeve. Topham's for the baggi is the same as for the Raptor.
the one from KEDO (which they buy from Topham and so cannot possibly be cheaper for the same item) is the standard TM34-B65.

I hate repeating myself.
The TM34-B65 and 34-B70 are identical in size and spacing.
You order the the carb above and you get what you need with sleeve but you have to modify the cable bracket like I said. You order it from KEDO and you get the same damned thing which you have to modify, too, and make the sleeve since, like I said, the TT and SZR have two same sized ports.
Then you really have saved money!!
It cannot really be that difficult.

Does anyone know which size K&N pod filters fit on this carb and does the filter need oil? Do the hoses from the original airbox (if retained) need to be modified and how? I'd prefer to retain the original airbox if possible to avoid MOT problems.

K&N passes more dirt, and UNI foam does too....
Less restriction , but more dirt.....is it worth it ?
The Foam has to be cleaned much more often.
Yes, they both need oil. The K&N looks too porous...hold it up to the light.
